The front office charged me twice and said they would refund in 2 days, its three weeks now iam yet to get refund, I fail to get response over email or phone, very bad experience.

First of all, our washroom smelled like urine the moment that we stepped into the bedroom. There are also broken tiles growing mold on the washroom walls. When we brought it to the front desk staff's attention, they said that there was nothing they could do until the next afternoon and that we had to stay in the room until the next day (never offered for a maid to come clean it). That being said, most of the front desk staff here is extremely unfriendly.

Not the best hotel one can have but neither the worst. The staff was kind. Rooms (mine at least) are small but it is enough for some days. Price was also good.

It's a soap hotel, doesn't have a good value, especially the front desk, some of them are very good and friendly, but one of them is not kind and helpful. Won't try this hotel again.

Hotel reception was very unfriendly. Had to pay some sort of local city tax. Actual room very small and there was very loud construction nearby. The sound of drilling all afternoon.
