Why do the staff leave the checkout when you are putting your groceries on the checkout then don't return for ages that is really annoying, Then the opposite occurs, the queue at the checkout yesterday was 12 deep but they would not open another till, the staff there need to be a bit happier, maybe they are overworked, not enough staff? Don't know what it is.
