It is one of the best hotels in Angoulême. Staff Is very polite, great food and good wine. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped.

I stay here regularly as the company i work for has a sister company in Angouleme. It's a really nice hotel, the rooms are lovely and recently refurbished. Great continental breakfast and the restaurant is also good if you don't fancy going out. It's ideally located in town and there's plenty of entertainment within just a few minutes walk.

The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable.

Overpriced. Room tiny and at 125 euros per night why charge another 16 euros for breakfast. Impossible to get served at the bar. The receptionist is bar staff, check in and waitress. Meant to be a 5 star hotel. In their dreams.
